1. How can I place an order?
Please provide the details of your requirements as clear as possible. So we can send you the offer the first time. For designing or further discussion, it is better to contact us with Skype/email /phone, in case of any delays.
2. What kind of display we provide?
We have indoor/outdoor/rental taxi top /mobile LED display/LED stage/Irregular LED display for you to choose from.
3. Are you a manufacturer of led displays. If yes, in which city?
Yes, Our factory with 2000 square meters. And we’re in SHENZHEN city, GUANGDONG Province.
4. How long can I get the goods?
Our production time is about 10-25 working days. When you confirmed the order, we can start production after receiving your deposit(30% TT in advance). we will update the production details in time. we will notice you that we can deliver the goods to you after we get full payment.
5.May I know the package details?
For fixed installation, we use a wooden case, usually 2 or 4 cabinets in 1 wooden case;
For the rental market, we suggest you use a flight case, generally 8 cabinets in one flight case.
It’s safe to protect the screen on the way, also economical.
6.What is the payment method?

10.What’s the difference between DIP(1R1G1B) and SMD(One LED, 3 in 1)?
SMD(One LED, 3 in 1) LED Display, one pixel has one LED lamp, 3 led chips in one LED Lamp;
Traditional DIP( 1R1G1B) use 3 LED Lamp in one pixel.
SMD(One LED), reduced the LED on the screens, reduced grainy of the screen, and improve the uniformity of the screen, this will make the screen have a more wide viewing angle and smooth image. With the technology advanced and SMD brightness improved, SMD is more and more used outdoor.
11. What are your terms of delivery?
