Q1: What’s your delivery time?
Samples: 5-7 days.
Bulk order: 15 days in slack season, 20-30 days in peak season.
Q2: Do you have free sample?
Yes. Just need to pay for shipping fee.
Q3:What’s your warranty? If any broken, what I will do?
2-3 years warranty for most of our products. During warranty time, we will arrange the new replacement to you for free of charge.
some types can warranty 5 years.
Q4:What is your minimum order quantity?
Usually MOQ is 100pcs, but we also accept small order for trail.
Q5: Can I get OEM/ODM customized products for special application?
Yes, we provide OEM & ODM service, design and produce per customers’ requirement. Such as different length, different size, different voltage and higher lumen efficiency of led strip, special/unusual material for some lights, etc.
