Warranty:
1. For the LED display ,the guarantee period will be up to 2years.
2. During the guarantee period,for any problem,please send the broken parts to us for replacing by free.However,half of freight for replacing the broken parts will be borne by our customers.
Our Services:
1.Provide free technology support by phone or email.
2.Training for 2 persons for installation and maintance in factory for 3 days.
3. Shipment must be arranged within 3months after order placed,otherwise, factory will have the right to resell the screen without refunding the deposit, or there is warehouse safe-keeping fee of USD$100/day.
