Q: Can you customize products,OEM or ODM?
A: Yes, products can be customized according to your requirements. MOQ will be different depending on products available or not.After price confirmation, you can require samples to check our quality.
If you need samples, we will charge the sample cost. But the sample cost can be refunded after order confirmation if the quantity can exceed our MOQ .
We have a professional team having rich experience in lighting field. Just tell us your ideas, and we will carry out into perfect lighting solutions. And at present, we are doing ODM business with some famous European brands which assisted them won their market.

Q: What about the quality assurance? What if the products go wrong?
A: 5 years Warranty. ( 2 years replacement & 5 years tech warranty support).free light bulbs are not under warranty.

A: Parts of products has certificated by CE & RoHS, the others have certification of CE/VDE/UL/BIS/SAA/KSC/BS/RoHS for electrical components.

Q:What’s the lead time for mass production?
A:It depends on the order quantity and the reason you place the order. Our usual 25–55 days for bulk order and 7~15 days for sample order. It could be negotiated if the order urgent.
And we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to receive the goods.
