The LED wall pack housing from Moonlight is ideal for wall-mounted doorway and pathway LED wall pack lighting fixture in a variety of applications. LED wall pack are typically applied as wall-mounted security lighting, commercial lighting that are installed on the sides of buildings, warehouse, parking garages, building walkways, pedestrian walkways, and other places around commercial buildings.
FAQ
Q1: How could I get a sample?
A1: Email us the models and quantity of our LED light housings you need, and tell us your express account number for shipment, then we send you the PI. When you have transferred the money, send us the TT copy for check. We will send out samples within 3 working days after we get the payment for general models of our LED lighting fixtures.
Q2: How to place an order?
A2: Email order details to sales department including items model number, quantity, destination port (we need it to calculate the shipping cost), selling countries, consignee’s contact information including detail address and phone fax number and email address, notify party, etc.
Q3: Could we place order by OEM or ODM style to produce our own brand products in your factory?
A3: Of course you can. Welcome to do OEM or ODM Order for our LED lighting fixtures. What you need to do is to send us the Drawing of your style with products, and we will submit sample or prototype of LED light housings to you for your approval.
Q4: What kind of shipment will you use?
A4: EMS, TNT, DHL, FEDEX, AIR WAY, SEALAND. Because our LED lighting fixtures especially LED street light housings are very heavy, normally we will choose the most economic way for the shipment. But if you need the samples urgently, please kindly remind us.
Q5: How soon we can get the shipment?
A5: It depends on your models of LED light housings you have selected and order volume. Please tell us the models and quantity, so we can confirm with you via Email.
Q6: Can I choose a custom color?
A6: Yes. You can. But the powder supplier will request a MOQ for the coating powder of our LED light housing, and the delivery time will be a little longer for the special color LED lighting fixture.
Q7: How long warranty do you provide for your products?
A7: We provide 3-year warranty only for quality-related issues of our LED lighting fixtures. Once the quality problem is confirmed, you can request free replacement for them.
