We are a lighting factory for 10 years.

Q2. What is your main product line is made ?
LED panel light, LED office pendant light, LED ceiling light and LED downlight/spotlight.

Q3. What is CRI?
CRI is a figure which feedback real objects colors.Higher GRI with higher cost.For LED tubes,the CRI is higher than 80. For the outdoor light,the CRI higher than 70 is OK at most of applications.

Q4. How about the delivery time ?
3-5days for sample, and 10-20days for bulk order.
Within 3~7 days after payment received /Fast express air transportation by DHL/UPS/FedEx
When batch of orders ,then by sea cheapest and fastest sea transportation.

Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q6. Why some suppliers provide same products with lower price?
As long as the company you contact is a manufacturer, good quality product should have same price level with us
Q7. How do you ensure the quality ?
We are working with four QC processes to guaranty the quality: 1 .For raw materials; 2. During the half of production; 3.Final QC test one by one after aging 12 hours; 4. QC selects inspection of the packaged products .

Q8. How about warranty ?
Different product series has different warranty , such as 3 years, or 2 years. VISTECH skilled sales staff will tell you the warranty according to your order product.

Q9. How to do if any quality problems from our reason in the warranty time?
First of all ,all products will test 48 hours before ship to our customer ,if products have problems, please send picture and video to us ,then our engineer will find the problem asap,and we will send new ligth or spare parts in free if it’s our quality problem.
